Resto Mojo values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Resto Mojo, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

  • Publicly available restaurant data – From third-party platforms such as Resy or OpenTable.
  • Analytics providers – Google Analytics or equivalent, for usage metrics.

We do not collect or store sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or government IDs).

  • Provide and operate the Service.
  • Attempt to secure restaurant reservations on your behalf.
  • Communicate with you about your account or bookings.

  • Restaurants or reservation platforms, only as needed to submit a booking on your behalf.

10. Do Not Track Signals

Resto Mojo currently does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. We will update this policy if that changes.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
